Refunds & cancellations.

How to request a refund for DrawGestures: Figure Drawing, where to request it depending on how you paid, and what happens to your access once a refund is issued.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for DrawGestures: Figure Drawing ("DrawGestures", "we", "our", "us"). It applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our website.

How you request a refund depends on where you bought. Purchases made on our website are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and merchant of record — Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds for those purchases. App store purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

Please read this together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

App Store & Google Play.

If you purchased a subscription or made a payment through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing for that purchase is handled entirely by the app store — not by us. Refunds for these purchases must be requested directly from the relevant store:

  • Apple App Store: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings on your device. Apple reviews and decides all App Store refund requests under their terms.
  • Google Play: Request a refund from play.google.com/store/account or the Google Play Help Center. Google reviews and decides all Google Play refund requests under their terms.

Because Apple and Google control the payment, we are unable to issue refunds for app store purchases on their behalf. We can still help point you in the right direction — just email us.

Web purchases via Paddle.

For purchases made on our website, Paddle is the merchant of record and processes all billing and refunds. To request a refund:

  1. Visit Paddle's help centre at paddle.net, or email help@paddle.com, using the email address and order details from your purchase receipt.
  2. You can also email us at support@drawgestures.com and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
  3. Paddle reviews the request and, once approved, refunds the amount to your original payment method under Paddle's Refund Policy.

Your Paddle order receipt is emailed to you when payment is confirmed; keep it for any refund or billing query.

14-day withdrawal right.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a web purchase within 14 days for any reason and receive a full refund.

Because DrawGestures premium is digital content supplied immediately, this 14-day withdrawal right is lost once you start downloading, accessing, or using the premium features — you acknowledge and request this immediate access at the time of purchase.

These statutory rights are administered by Paddle as merchant of record for web purchases. App store purchases follow Apple's or Google's own policies.

Review & processing.

Every refund request is reviewed before a refund is issued. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear.

Access after a refund.

When a refund is issued, you will lose access to your subscription and to the app's premium features as soon as your current subscription period expires.

In other words, refunding a subscription does not immediately cut off your premium access — you keep the premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends when that period expires.
